Q: How long can one interactive audio adventure last?
A: The duration depends on the difficulty of the adventure (you can check the star rating in the story list).
Typically, a single branch of an interactive audio adventure can be completed in 5–15 minutes, which is ideal for a child’s attention span. -
Q: Are there any additional fees?
A: The package you purchase typically includes three cards with pre-loaded stories, and no subscription is required.

Q: Can I see what my child talked about with Chechirp Box?
A: Yes! You can view the chat history in MyChechirp. We keep the text records for 7 days, so you can see what your child said to Chechirp Box. -
Q: Can the interactive stories be played more than once?
A: Yes! Most interactive audio adventures feature multiple branching paths, allowing children to explore different outcomes and guide their own adventure again and again. -
Q: How many story branches does one interactive adventure usually have?
A: It depends on the difficulty level. Typically, an interactive adventure includes 3–20 different story branches, allowing children to explore and voice their own journey. -
Q: Will using AI make the story go off-track?
A: No. All content and story branches are pre-written by humans. During interactions, children are encouraged to use their imagination and respond freely, while AI recognizes what they say and determines which pre-written path to follow next. This ensures a safe storytelling experience that still gives kids maximum fun and freedom. -
Q: What happens if my child says something inappropriate to the AI?
A: If a child says something off-topic during an interactive adventure, the AI redirects the conversation back to the story.
If the child says something inappropriate, the story will politely exit and the child will be reminded to use kind words. -
Q: Does Chechirp Box require Wi-Fi?
A: Yes. Chechirp Box currently supports only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. We recommend using it in areas with a strong Wi-Fi signal—strong Wi-Fi = steady fun! -
Q: Do you collect children’s voices?
A: We use AI to recognize children’s speech and convert it into text, and then the audio is deleted immediately.
We do not store any children’s voice data, and it is never used for other model training.

Q: How long dose one charge last?
A: A full charge usually takes 4–6 hours and can support 4–6 hours of continuous play.Please note that the device cannot be used while charging, as we don’t want children sitting next to the outlet during playtime.

It helps with problem-solving and critical thinking, which is super important. The game asks your child questions, and they answer back by pressing a mic button. If they get the answer wrong, it encourages them to try again until they get it right. It's a great way to improve your child's speaking skills and their ability to think on their feet. The build quality of the device is also top-notch. It feels well-made and sturdy, and I didn't notice any signs of cheap, toxic materials like paint stains, which is a big relief for a parent.I was surprised by how much content came with the game. It comes with three cards, and each one is loaded with tons of different interactive games and stories. This means you have plenty of games to choose from and can keep your child engaged for a long time. It’s a huge plus because it's not a toy they'll get bored with in a few days. The fact that the stories are written by real children's authors is just icing on the cake, making it an excellent value for the money.While I really like the concept and the content of the Chechirp Box, there are a couple of things that could be better. The device loads a little slow, and when you select an option from the screen, it takes a moment to respond. These are minor issues, but they are noticeable. Despite this, the game has huge potential, and I hope the company continues to improve it.The Chechirp Box is a great alternative to the typical screen-based games out there. It's a fun and engaging way to help your child learn and grow. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a quality, educational toy.
You will first have to download the Chechirp app prior to the setup process, which is pretty straightforward and very easy to setup. Once you complete setup you will receive a couple of confirmation emails and one email with a video link to show you how to use the device. The video is easy to follow and will handy to have on standby when using the device for the first time. Once you are doe with adding your child's name and interest info into the dice everything quickly falls into place and subsequently become intuitive. When you turn the device o for the first time for your child, the device's voice guided assistant will give the child a brief tutorial on how to use and communicate with the device. From that point my grand daughter (4yrs) was on her way to story adventure land - meaning I was no longer of use. This device is well constructed and built to last. It's just the right size and weight for small hands. This device is not just a toy, the programming is Ai driven and encourages the child to listen, imagine and contribute to the story though conversation. This device AI assistant functins well, speaks clearly and seems to respond accurately to your child's input. This device is amazing and once your child hears the AI assistant use their name, the child will be amazed too. I thinks that the price of this device is very fair. This Chechirp learning device is a good buy.
I absolutely love this device! I got it for my 6-year-old daughter, and it’s been such a fun and engaging experience for her. The concept is amazing, she gets to jump into the stories and actually be the main character, using her own voice to drive the adventure forward. It keeps her entertained in such a creative way without relying on screens, and I love that it encourages active listening, thinking, and problem-solving.The stories are well-written and really engaging, and I appreciate that they’re crafted by professional children’s authors. I also like the safety aspect, everything is preset and secure, so I don’t have to worry about random content. The device itself feels well made and easy to use once you get started.That said, there are a few minor things worth noting. Some of the instructions in certain storylines can be a little vague, and I imagine firmware updates will smooth out a couple of small bugs in the future. Still, once you get the hang of it, the experience is amazing. My daughter has been thoroughly enjoying it, and I’m so glad to have found something that combines fun with skill-building.
